If anything has changed in your filespots, they are marked orange. Who uploaded which files where and when? Who left any comments? All these details are displayed in the activity bar in the right column.

You are given a concise overview of all activities in your filespots: Filespots informs you about any changes precisely and in real-time, even while you are working. By marking information on activities as read, you keep everything well-arranged.

Filter according to users

The quickest way to retrieve the latest documents or comments is to click one of the entries in the right activity bar. This will filter the middle display so only the corresponding files are displayed.
